Our accommodation advised us strongly to only catch a cab that has a meter and that our fare would be no more than $25 so when we arrived at his cab there was no meter.
When our driver arrived I greeted him and he just grabbed our bags and walked off so we followed, we tried to engage in small talk but didn’t reply, again no big deal. Our driver was late, it happens and that was ok it is what happened afterwards that was disgraceful. Their services are poor and the stuff is inefficient.

They do not have any professional ethics, entirely useless, irresponsibleI. So if you deal with that company get ready things go unpredictable. No one called me to let me know, no one messaged me that the ride was cancelled. In fact its the driver who fails to show up in time. I wasn't late or missed 45 minute window. The second time it took me 30 minutes to get hold of the same representative to learn that the driver had cancelled my ride. After 10 minutes passed in a nervous state of mind (remember, I had a very narrow time window to check in at a hotel and I specially stated "don't be late" in a message to driver ) I called again. Took me 10 minutes to get hold of LeCab representative to learn the driver was running 10 minutes late. Well, it was only 25, wasn't it, he should be still waiting.
Before my flight I got a text from this company that the driver was gonna hold my nameplate and be waiting for me for 45 min after the plane lands. My plane arrived on time, I left the baggage claim area 25 minutes after the landing. I booked an airport pick up at Charles de Gaule, Paris for because I had a very late flight and booked a hotel that could accommodate me at midnight. Never use this service!!! Its the worst one I've ever had experience with.
